As this year's thanksgiving rolls around, I feel compelled to roll out a list of things I can be thankful for.

1: I am not dead, despite many many attempts to make me so.
2: I am feeling much better, even if my treatments had to be paid out of pocket because the Army doesn't really fund recovery for PTSD.
3: I am going to change that when I get back in. Or at least start trying.
4: People would think I am a dick for doing it only after I got PTSD except it IS something that needs to be done.
5: I am going to retain my rank, position, and duties.
6: My brothers are both doing better now than they were at this time last year.
7: LG, the younger one, finally said "fuck off" to the selfish piece of slag he thought was a friend. A big shout-out to Cristin Babin for being a selfish, apathetic, stuck-up slutmonkey.
8: Seth, the older of the two, but still younger than me, is almost done with his college.
9: LG, again, is starting college finally.
10: I don't need to go to college.
11: I get to eat like I haven't eaten in two years on an enormous buffet of turkey and various other thanksgiving foods with a bunch of buddies.
12: I finished paying off my car payments yesterday.
13: I'm still gettin' love from people.
